Please note that we require 24 hours notice of cancellation. We understand that illness and other things can happen at the last minute which can prevent you from making your appointment time. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are unable to attend. Any missed appointments which have not been cancelled prior to the time will be charged at full price. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.
