Terapia Massage and Wellness provides a massage therapy service offering a range of therapeutic treatments including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Injury Specific and Prenatal massage.

 
Fiona trained as a Massage Therapist in Washington DC, USA; and has since practiced in North and South America, then back here in Orkney.  She also holds a MSc in Nutrition, a BSc Hons in Sport & Exercise Science, is a yoga teacher and a pre and postnatal coach.

She will design a massage tailored to your requirements whether it be to address a specific issue/injury or just to relax and unwind.
